Co-Managing Director PMG/Indonesia
Agus Wijayanto is PMG’s co-managing director in Indonesia. He is an expert in Parliamentary Strengthening, Human Resource Development, Higher Education Management, and Rural Development. Mr. Wijayanto holds a BSc in Education, a Master degree in Management, and currently is a PhD candidate in HRM. He is a certified trainer in development project management including project monitoring & evaluation (EU PCM, PMD-Pro, Logframe approach, Results Based Management, Outcome Mapping, and Theory of Change). During his career, he has worked as a parliamentary specialist for a number of parliamentary strengthening projects in Indonesia and Timor Leste funded by USAID, The Asia Foundation, AusAID/DFAT-Australia, and FCO & DFID. Prior to taking those assignment, he worked as Expert Staff for the Legislation Committee of the Indonesian House of Representatives. Mr. Wijayanto has also managed several Higher Education initiatives funded by EU, ADB, and the World Bank, after serving as a reviewer of higher education development projects for the Indonesian Ministry of National Education. His competency in Higher Education Management includes: Organizational Development, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Course & Curriculum Development, quality assurance, and accreditation.
