Josh Moga is an experienced project designer and program manager with more than twenty years of experience in Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. A local government specialist, Mr. Moga advised Asia municipalities directly on urban environmental management, disaster mitigation, and infrastructure development as well as managed large USAID technical assistance and grant programs supporting sub-national public sector agencies. As a resident advisor for the USAID/India Financial Institutions Reform and Expansion (FIRE) project, Mr. Moga advised the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation on preparation for issuance of a US$100 million municipal bond, the first in South Asia. From 1998 to 2002 he lead the Asian regional urban mitigation program providing assistance to municipalities and national agencies throughout South and Southeast Asia. Mr. Moga received his M.S. in Development Management from The American University in Washington, DC and his BA from the University of Scranton.
