Patrick Fn’Piere is a founder and President of The Public Management Group (PMG). He is an international development and public policy executive with over 25 years experience in strategic planning, policy development/implementation, performance management, facilitation of public/private partnerships, and coordination of marketing, research, communication, and external/political affairs. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Fn’Piere served as the Executive Vice President of the Pacific Council on International Policy. Based in Los Angeles, the Council is a leading foreign policy think tank on the US west coast. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Fn’Piere was the Director of the Inter-America & Pacific Region of the United States Peace Corps. And from 1993 to 1997 he served as the Senior Advisor for Governance in the Center for Democracy and Governance at USAID. Mr. Fn’Piere is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York and the Pacific Council on International Policy in Los Angeles.
